Dr. Julie studied at the Ohio State University College of
Optometry, the Shawnee State University, Portsmouth Ohio and the Ohio
State University, Columbus Ohio.
She was the Ohio State University College of Optometry Columbus Ohio
1996-present Cole Vision/Sears optical, Lancaster, Ohio.

Dr. Heidish is a member of The American Optometric Association, Ohio
Optometric Association and the Beta sigma kappa honors fraternity
Dr. Heidish lives in Circleville, Ohio with husband Michael Heidish,
O.D. and two children Mikalyn and Jacob.
R. Eric Liggett, OD
Dr. Eric Liggett was born and raised in Circleville, Ohio.
He attended the Ohio State University for his undergraduate studies. He
graduated with his doctor of optometry degree from the Illinois College
of Optometry in may 1997 and has been in practice ever since.
He is a member of The American Optometric Association, the Ohio
Optometric Association, the Central Ohio Optometric Association and the
Circleville Noon Rotary.
Dr. Liggett enjoys general and family practice optometry. He and his
wife Michelle have two children.
Besides spending time with his family, dr. Liggett enjoys being
Robert P. Liggett, OD
Robert p. Liggett was born in Ripley, Ohio and lived there until he
graduated from high school.
He attended the Ohio State University where he received his doctor of
Optometry degree. He has been practicing optometry in Circleville since
1964. He has served as education chairman and zone governor for the Ohio
Dr. Liggett and his wife, Jo have five grown children and live near
Circleville. His hobbies include most outdoors activities. He grows
pumpkins for the giant pumpkin display at the Circleville pumpkin show.
He is a member of the Circleville Elks, Rotary and the
Circleville-Pickaway Chamber of Commerce.
James J. Rocklin, OD
Dr. Rocklin was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio.
He completed his undergraduate studies at the university of Cincinnati,
and attended the Ohio State university college of optometry, receiving
his doctor of optometry degree in 1977.
He has lived and practiced in Circleville since graduation. Dr. Rocklin
is a member of the American Optometric Association, the Ohio optometric
association and the central Ohio optometric association and is a past
-president of the central Ohio optometric association.
He serves on the health services advisory council for Pickaway county
head start program and is a member of the Circleville Sertoma club. He
attends Trinity Lutheran church, where he enjoys singing in the choir.
He and his wife Laura have been active in local community theatre with
roundtown players, where they have participated in numerous

Dr. Smith provides eye examination services Monday through Saturday by
appointment for your convenience.
He operates a full service office providing for the diagnosis and
treatment of condition of the vision system. This may consist of but is
not limited to subnormal vision, vision therapy, contact lenses, and
anterior eye disease.
Amy Kennedy, OD
Dr. Amy Kennedy is a graduate of the Ohio State College of Optometry and
has been examining patients in her Ashville office since 1996. Dr.
Kennedy is certified in the treatment and management of ocular disease
and is experienced in pre-and post-operative care for laser vision
correction and cataract surgery. Dr. Kennedy is a member of the American
Optometric Association and the Ohio Optometric Association.
Dr. Kennedy was raised in medina , Ohio where she graduated from
cloverleaf high school. She attended undergraduate school at the Ohio
State University where she was a zoology major.
While in optometry school, dr. Kennedy completed an externship at the
Dayton VA hospital. Dr. Kennedy liked the Asheville area so well that
she and her husband moved to Asheville in 1999. She is a member of
St. Paul Lutheran church. In her free time, Dr. Kennedy enjoys
gardening, reading, and camping.
